The 6th Annual InspiraTO Playwriting Contest is Now Open    

Write a ten-minute play!

Each year the InspiraTO Festival produces ten-minute plays based on the theme of the senses.  This season we will be producing 16 ten-minute plays on the theme of "sound".   Be one of the playwrights selected. The plays will be produced in early June 2011 in Toronto, Canada (Alumnae Theatre, Mainstage) with a 1st prize winner.

Now entering its sixth season, the InspiraTO Festival has produced 61 ten-minute plays involving 141 actors, 61 directors, 30 volunteers, 20 production members and 1,975 audience members.  Over 1,100 ten-minute plays have been submitted to date. 

We are excited to announce for our 6th season that there will be a learning series during the Festival -- more reasons to be part of it all.
